KTLA, channel 5, is a CW-affiliated television station located in Los Angeles, California. It is the first commercial TV station licensed west of the Mississippi. KTLA has been keeping Southern Californians informed since 1947.The station is owned by the Tribune Broadcasting subsidiary of Tribune Media.
